@Jari

"Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return" is a sequel to a classic masterpiece called "The Wizard of Oz". Not many sequels are as good as the original and this film proves that statement once again. The story is dull and boring and will only appeal to kids. Every character is one dimensional and you won't care about any of them, not even Dorothy or Toto. The animation and voice acting are both mediocre. Don't watch this.

@Liam

“Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return” is a definitely a movie which can only be liked by children. It features quite a boring and linear story without any depth and equally linear were the characters. You don’t quite bond with the characters like you do in other movies (yes, also children’s films). The animation was decent at best and the voice acting was at the same level, though at some rare points we do get decent ambient music. After all, we advise you to take your kid to a different movie.

@Conclusion

“Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return” is a kids film in every aspect. The story, the dialog and the humor are all dead simple and mainly aimed at kids to enjoy. Further, the characters were quite one-dimensional and the animation isn’t even remotely close to being on par with Disney or Pixar. Most adults and overall moviegoers won’t find any redeeming factors in the movie and if any, these will be nullified by all the bad aspects. We suggest you take your kids, or friends, to a different film.
